Jaya- ” Why would we believe you, drow!?”
“Your people are already here illegally and attacking our townspeople for no reason!”
Taysha-
” I take it that whelp is one of your students, guard-dog?”
“You should instill better manners in them. Few are as merciful as I.”
“It’s a wonder I don’t kill her where she stands.”
– ” I go by Shino, now.”
“And how I train my students is none of yer damn business.”
-Taysha’s posture does not change. Her arms remain crossed in a sullen stance, her eyes still hawkishly scanning every participant in her view.
Shino-
” I’ll let you all run off, if you tell me why you’re all here.”
Taysha- ” …..Hmph, very well.”
“We are here to procure assets.”
Will- ” Assets?”

” Ashura holds many resources that cannot be replicated elsewhere.”
“Current events within the greater world require that the drow use any means to secure dominance in the coming future, regardless of any other faction’s moves.”
Shino-
” Other factions…”
“Take yer men and go.”
Taysha- “…”
-With a snap, the remaining drow soldiers withdraw from the area, with two carrying off a still heavily incapacitated Sindriza
Taysha- ” We shall meet again, ” Shino”.”
Shino- ” Good.”
-Taysha turns her back to the Ashurans. Her legs taking her on a fluid stride in the wake of her subordinate
-Shino sheathes her sword, just as Jaya glomps her from behind
Jaya-
” Teacher, you saved us~!!”
“How’d you even know to come here?”
Shino-
” It’s the damn market square, where else would you and Will be? ”
“It’s not like either of you get any training done on your own.”
Will-
” Actually we were only here to get ingredients for…- Amata are you okay?”
Amata- ” Yes, I’m fine now. Just a little ..sore.”
-As the group continues to collect themselves, Shino, sheathing her blade, let’s out a sound of irritation
Shino- ” We’re going to the docks.”
Jaya-
“Shouldn’t we go to a neighboring town, or, at least back to the dojo?”
Shino- ” Not with what’s coming.”
Jaya- “Huh?”
-Jaya notices where Shino’s gaze is focused. Due to the lowered visibility, it was not obvious, but when she sees it, she holds back a gasp
Silently, beautifully, a dragon cuts through the sky, flying at high speed
