Evasion: If the archer is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, the archer instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.
Sneak Attack (1/Turn): The archer deals an extra 7 (2d6) damage when it hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of the archer that isn’t incapacitated and the archer doesn’t have disadvantage on the attack roll.

BEHAVIOR
Before Combat. The dodgy archer prefers to stay hidden, using their Stealth skill to get the drop on enemies. They will use their Perception to spot enemies and plan their attack.
During Combat. The dodgy archer uses their Evasion to avoid damage and their Sneak Attack to deal extra damage. They prefer to stay at range, using their Shortbow to attack enemies.
If Primary Options Aren’t Possible. If they can’t stay hidden or at range, the dodgy archer will try to disengage and find a better position. If escape is not possible, they will fight to the best of their ability, but may surrender if the situation looks dire.
