Tehisa- “I was originally here to investigate a disturbance, when I came upon the child.”

Kelthorn-

“Teshia Raevern, I hadn’t figured someone else would be investigating the disturbance in the woods. Is the child responsible, heh, surely not right?”

Tehisa- ” She is..connected to it, but,-!!”

-Her eyes narrow past Kelthorn as the sound of the Barry and his men grow close

Kelthorn-

“Right, tell me on the way. I will join you, come on”

-He holds out a bit of money for the ride, a few silver as he hops in the back

“Turns out, I am as mixed in with this as you, we both got humans on our tail and…maybe we can help each other”

-The wagon starts up as Tehisa joins him

Tehisa—

” I asked for him to drop us off at a settlement just within reach of Kross”

“From there, we should find ourselves safe.” “Have you been there before?”

Kelthorn-

“I may have, I pass through a few towns and villages on my travels when I set up shop. I work as a doctor you see, but I can’t stay in one place too long for personal reasons. Kross? I may have been there, though if you ask if I know much about it, I cannot say that I have”

Tehisa—

” It’s home to an order of paladins. I’d like to take the child there for an assessment if possible.”

“You are a doctor?”

Kelthorn-

“I see, and why is this child important? Should they be with their parents”

“A doctor..Yes, I am. Though I am no magician when it comes to healing, I mostly rely on ailments, bandages, and potions”

-The child has a stoic expression. She sports long hair and emerald green eyes

Tehisa- ?

” She doesn’t seem scared of you at all. It took some work for me to earn her trust even, but, she appears to be at ease now”

Kelthorn— “Seems she is, maybe she likes my hair,”

–He says flickering his golden long hair behind him in a sort of fashion show

“Why is she so important that a group of paladins are to assess her?”

Tehisa— “She’s exhibited…peculiar abilities”

Kelthorn—

“Peculiar Abilities? Either you can’t describe them well, or you are being intentionally vague”

“Has she been blessed with magic? I have heard some children can be born with inate abilities from their bloodline”

Tehisa—

” I think it’s best that we not discuss it here”

“The driver is kind to ferry us, but I have the impression that he will not suffer anything beyond helping two elves and a normal child”

Kelthorn —

“Hm, alright. That makes sense. In the meantime, I want to know more about Teshia. You strike me as, a stoic Hunter”

Tehisa—

“Well, you’d be correct. I take on jobs of either tracking, or investigating claims purported by clients.”

“And what of you? What brought you to Clearthorn forest exactly?”

Kelthorn—

“So, fancy I met a sellsword in these parts.. Do you often get into such precarious situations, or was this just a one off thing?”

” I was in the forest for medicine. I am testing new ingredients in my medical equipment to see if it has different effects, you can call me a scientist if you wish”

Tehisa—

” A scientist…”

“Perhaps you-”

-The horse neighs as the wagon comes to a jarring stop

– “What do we have here, a runaway wagon? Wonder what you’re carrying to bolt like that”
