“Nobody announces themselves like that either,”

“Captain there is only a few of them. How are our forces here?”

Keith—

“Shandri?”

“Darn. We might be in trouble”

Kelthorn—

“Why, who is that woman? Is she really stronger than this entire base of enemies?”

Keith—

” She’s one of the dragon commanders of Lancaster”

“Her spear is magical, so she shouldn’t be underestimated”

Kelthorn—

“If her spear is magical and protects her, then we should just not attack her directly. Hit her with area of effects and make the ground unstable. Or do you have a plan captain?”

Shandri—

” Hello!!! Elf boy~~!!!”

“Come down here so I can look at you better~!”

Keith— “Hm.”

“I hate to say this, but,”

“I think you should let her take you”

Kelthorn—

“That isn’t a plan, that’s a surrender. No we need a plan”

“If she is targeting me, then her focus will be on me”

“I am perfectly fine up here, go back to your unit spear user!!!”

Shandri—

” How curious. Did the elf just give me a command?”

Lander—

” Oh boy, here we go..”

-Lander covers his ears with both hands

Shandri-

” GET DOWN HERE NOW OR I’LL DRAG OUT YOUR CORPSE “

-Kelthorn ignores the threats of the woman, instead he looks to everyone and yells for the gates to be closed if they were not already

Kelthorn—

“Archers, fire at will on the woman! Raiding a fort alone is suicide”

-Kelthron then holds his bow out and uses his power on the woman, along with anarrow shot.

-The arrow passes by Shandri’s face

-a magic hex besets her. A careful feint maneuver using the arrow as a distraction

-Kelthorn takes cover, he suddenly hears the noise energy building up

Shandri- “What folly.”

Keith-

“We should use this time to try and evacuate the wounded.”

“Hopefully Kelthorn and our defense team should be able to hold them off for awhile”

-Kelthorn suddenly hears the same noise from the sky Looking up, he sees Lander, the dragonborn descending upon them, and Shandri, with an oversized ball of arcane energy

Shandri— “To ashes with you all!!!”

-The last thing Kelthorn sees is the sphere descend upon him and the soldiers, his own flesh melting away to the bone,

-pain

-silence
