Fighter Archetype: Dragoon
Dragoons are warriors who have learned to fight alongside dragons, using their leaping abilities to mimic the devastating aerial assaults of their draconic allies. These fighters are known for their acrobatic prowess and their ability to strike from above, dealing massive damage.
Dragoon Features
Jump
Starting at 3rd level, your jumping height and distance are doubled. You also take no damage from falling a distance equal to or less than the number of feet you can jump.
Jump Strike
Also at 3rd level, you can use your action to leap into the air and strike down at your enemies. When you make a jump of at least 10 feet towards an enemy and make a melee attack, you deal an extra 1d6 damage.
Improved Jump
At 7th level, your jumping height and distance are tripled. Your jump strike becomes more powerful as well, with the extra damage increasing to 2d6.
Greater Jump
At 10th level, your jumping height and distance are quadrupled. Your jump strike improves even further, with the extra damage increasing to 3d6.
Superior Jump
At 15th level, your jumping height and distance are quintupled. Your jump strike reaches new heights as well, with the extra damage increasing to 4d6.
Master jump
At 18th level, your jumping height and distance are sextupled. Your jump strike is unmatched, with the extra damage increasing to 5d6.
